Register code invalid

Ok, i have to put in my official code for registering. I did and it says invalid. So i checked the finding ur product thing, tried it again but apparently it was just another early access code that still didnt work. I never got a email with the official code soooo..... yeah... can someone help me plz...

check spam folder for emails from webhelp.v4@digitalriver.com dated around August 27th. If it's not there, then try contacting them through email.

My question is how do you upgrade a service account to collector's edition with the code I got? The only place I see is to add a bonus item, but that doesn't work. Also I am legacy, which may make a difference.

There's another post about this, players from 1.0 can't enter their CE code, says it's invalid...
