There are no mining spots but there are quarrying spots that you can find. If you open your gathering logs you can look under quarrying and see the 21-25 and 26-30 ranges. For 21-25, Fire, Lightning, and Water Rock can be found in Upper La Noscea, Oakwood, which is just north of Aleport.
Hmm, if there are no level 21-30 mineral deposits in La Noscea, how am I to complete the achievement for 'Mining Your Own Business: La Noscea III' haha.
also there are no Lv41-50 mining point around Black Shroud, no way to complete Mining Your Own Business: Black Shroud V....
The querrying is count, but it's not real time you will it increse when telepot
