Just recently reached 50, but there are no leads after the main story arch as to how to unlock the HM Primals. How does one unlock the duty finder for them?

Just recently reached 50, but there are no leads after the main story arch as to how to unlock the HM Primals. How does one unlock the duty finder for them?
Complete the story quest.. find them in Waking Sands i think
After the main quest, Urianger will offer you Ifrit HM. After you beat that Papalymo will offer you Garuda HM, etc..
These NPC's are located in the Waking Sands.
