Random Disconnection followed by Character still logged in error.

This has occurred to me about every 15 minutes for the last two days. I get a 9000 Disconnection followed by a character is still logged in error. I wouldn't even be that pissed, if it weren't for all of my friends reaching max level and me being unable to play 80% of the time and only being 30. Any advice on how to fix this or SE fixing it themselves soon would be very appreciated. My frustrations are reaching their limits...

Was happening to everyone on the Balmung server from like 9PM and beyond last night as well. Mostly when entering a duty and then leaving the duty.

I've only had this problem since the update, and I must admit, as much as I love this game, I'm beginning to fall so far behind that I don't want to play anymore.
