3 customer service tickets unanswered, 1 week later, still unable to get into my account because of horrible online service design.

So I finally bite the bullet and hop into their chat system, I start as number 45 in line. Doesn't seem to bad. 5 hours later, I'm down to 3, then 2, then 1, then I get this automated message.

The support system is fucking useless. Take to twitter, facebook, email your favorite game blog and tell them about this shit.
