Rendering Problem with Fates

I'm on the Ultros server and within the last few days I've been having problems with enemies rendering in fates. Half the time when I'm in a fate I can't see the enemies. I know they're there, because I can see other players attacking something, just can't see what they're attacking so I can't target anything. The other half of the time when I can actually see enemies my character won't swing his weapon to attack.

Don't know if it makes any difference but I'm a PS3 player.
