Question regarding posting limitations

Hi

I've just been reading up on the posting restrictions on this forum, namely the limited number of posts per day and the limit of 1000 characters per post. I can see that the posts per day limit is linked to main character level, but no explanation on the 1000 character limit. It's very clear from viewing posts that not everyone is subject to this 1000 char limit but I can't see any explanation as to how this works

explains most of it but doesn't mention any exceptions to the 1000 character limit. 1000 characters is really not enough to articulate anything in decent detail :)

Can anyone advise what is required to not be subject to this limit ?
