Can't create threads outside of Tech (lvl. 30)

Hey even though I meet the lvl requirnments for at least one thread, I am still unable to post anything. Is there something else that needs to be done, or is this a bug in the works?

has anyone else experienced this as well?

can't say i have, current characers is the highest i've gotten thus far at LVL 10 due to fighting the 1017 boss since release until the last maintenance.

I am in the same boat, I posted on here yesterday with the same problem. My friend can post in General and he is level 26, I'm 30.
