Is there any word on when they are going to lift restrictions for character creation? Specifically for Saragantanas? Are worlds permanently full?
I have a friend that wants to create a character on saragantanas and doesn't want to play until he does and you know how that goes blah blah.

I have the same question. I have several friends that want to play on Exodus server as well as my wife and I wanting to make more alt characters. One friend managed to get on yesterday early morning and then character creation was shut down. When we are going to get to make new characters?
