Received Potion of Fantasia on all characters

What a surprise this morning to find a Potion of Fantasia mailed to all of my characters. I can finally change my archer's looks YAY! Thanks you Square Enix!

Wonder if we'll also get another one with Veteran Rewards?

I am sure we will get one then also. I always mess up the looks of my characters so this is really nice to get for all of them!

Edit: In the email it said for anyone who purchased 1.0 game. And I wasn't a legacy player since I played for 30 days and didn't subscribe after.

Only those that bought 1.0 get this one.

Mainly for those that had problems editing their character in beta 4. Rather than trying to sort out who had problems they just decided to give every one that had 1.0 an account wide mail out.

So my only question is, where is this subcommand menu it tells you to use? cuz im not seeing it after i cancel

Yeah I collected it from the mail on one of my characters, but forgot to remove my gear so it didn't work, now I think I have lost it.

Right click on your character's name from the character selection screen
