Dragoon's Helmet Eyeshield Lifted! (Picture Included)

Logged in today and noticed the eyeshield on my Dragoon's AF helmet is lifted. Found another Dragoon to compare and here's the result.

Now, is it a function that certain helmets can be partial lifted to show the face? Or a bug. I'm hoping its the first.

There is a command under emotes (/visor I think) if that's what you're looking for?
