Primal Weapon Exchange

I still have some leftover kupo nut charms and the totems for ifrit and garuda.

Can these still be exchanged for weapons or only to tombstones? Is the exchange rate the same as they were in 1.0?

I couldn't find any sort of token to primal weapon exchange, unfortunately. You can exchange those tokens for Philosophy Tomestones though, 15 per. The exchange is at Revenant's Toll.

These are no longer used. You can exchange them for tomestones of philosophy, which can be used to buy darklight gear and some other stuff.
