Hey all, I was wondering, I am a levl 39 black mage. If I queue as a THM, doesn't BLM still level with THM? I am under the impression that leveling the main class nets you XP as your job also. Or does it not work like this?

Basically Jobs are just equipment that give you bonus stats and skills. Whatever level your class is, the moment you equip the crystal you'll be the same level as the base class and get exp for the said class.

Yea, so if I pick up other classes and get their hunter's journal, I can go back onto my main and do those hunters logs as my main and get the exp? That is what I am trying to find out.

No, the hunt log is not shared between your classes. Those hunt logs are specific to each class. That is why when you open the hunt log it says Lancer 01, Lancer 02, etc...
The jobs do not have hunt logs, they share the hunt log with their base class. is. BLM shares the THM Hunt log. -
