How to report Gil Sellers?

Anyone know how we can report these people yet? I don't see a report button yet and I've already have screenshot of their activities as proof.

I reported it to the help desk in-game. I get like 6 tells from the same person flooding me screen at once. It's rediculous and it needs to stop! They really need to do something about it now while the game is still new. I liked the game before RMT came.
