Cannot speak in Free Company Chat

Hello, I was recently 90k'd while in Duty Finder, and I waited just a few minutes to log back in. When I did get back in, I tried to type in Free Company by using /fc and it said that the command was used incorrectly. I tried once or twice and even switch the chat to Free Company default and it did not work.

Once I exited out of the game and came back in it fixed itself. Though I am not sure what could have caused it, would it be related to the 90k error that is possibly lost some of the data when trying to place me back? I'm not really sure. If you need any other info please don't hesitate to ask :D
