First AF armor?

I've been trying to look it up via google, the closest i've found is that it all comes in a quest right after your job quest. But i can't find it.

Does anyone know how to get your first set of AF armor?
I've also heard it all drops from a lvl 32 dungeon.
Also, i apologize if i'm wrong but i'm assuming the AF1 armor is the iconic armor for your class.
