Things that didn't make it in... yet.

So as a player who came in some time very shortly before early access (I kept an eye on the game earlier but didn't get myself over hyped on info) I'm somewhat interested in hearing what features are planned for the game that haven't made it in yet. Mainly because of some confusion caused by bad info I may have gotten.

1. I know raids are planned for the game later, but I assume there are none now? Is the crystal tower going to be the only one for a bit?

2. One of my friends mentioned that they were going to add cosmetic slots. Is this true or does he not know what he's talking about?

3. I had heard somewhere about Hardmode dungeons for level capped players where you'd need a full party to do it and there would be more bosses and the current bosses would do new things. I'm pretty sure this isn't in the game right now (aside from hardmode primals) but do we know if this is an actual thing which is coming or did I get confused again? (This is the one I'm really interested in.)

Character limits make me sad.

That's more or less the things I"m really really interested in. But any other planned features that are coming relatively soon (in development terms) would be great to hear about.

I think I read somewhere about the number 3 so I think it's gonna happen.
I'm not sure about the number one but I'd guess so.
I haven't heard anything about the second one but I hope so! I really don't like my scholar's gear lol

Well kinda the thing that got me really thinking about 3 was that I was running through some dungeons like Halatali and there are lots of areas and doors that aren't being used. They have these kinda big gaps where it seems like more bosses might go or more enemies. Although maybe I'm imagining it.

But I think it would be great if they added such a thing, really adds to the life of a game I think.

1) We currently have The Binding Coil of Bahamut as a raid and Crystal Tower is coming next. These two raids however are comprised of "floors" so they can and will be continuosly expanded in patches.

2) Yes they are indeed adding cosmetic slots sometime in the future.

3) Hardmode dungeons are to work exactly as you said. All dungeons will have a hard mode for them.

Other features you may or may not know: PvP coming (party vs party and then a whole zone for large scale pvp), housing with gardening and furniture, chocobo raising, the Golden Saucer as a casino, starting with 3 mini-games, roaming primals that when killed will grant the FC the option of summoning it once, new jobs are also a huge topic in every interview (they're thinking next class will be a stealthy, fast class for Thief and Ninja), add-ons

All of these things make me happy. The thing that confused me about Binding coil is that it appeared to be for 8 players, or am I mistaken?

I'm very happy they plan to add hardmodes for dungeons, in my opinion nothing beats going back for round 2 in a dungeon and having them ready for you. That was the thing I was most hopeful for tbh.

The roaming primal thing is badass as hell, I'll be looking forward to throwing down with them.

If they keep a decent and consistent update schedule I think I'll be sticking with this game for a good amount of time to come, especially with some of those features. Thanks for the info.
