This is an old issue from beta that unfortunately made it to release. I suspect this issue is a result of the "animation lock" gcd. In its current state, Surecast is almost useless. I full heartedly hope this issue is further investigated.

Anywho notice the only spells used are "Surecast" and "Physick".
