PS3 version, chat box moving on it's own

Okay, I posted about this in the bugs forum a ways back, but it's still an issue, so I thought I might try this one instead and maybe actually get some help with a reply. I'm a player on the PS3 version of FFXIV, and my chat box keeps moving on me every time I log on. When I first logged on during early access, it was were it was suppose to be, on the bottom left corner. But after every log in up to this date it has gradually moved over on it's own, and it is now placed on the right side, bottom screen.
I fear that I will soon lose it entirely and I won't be able to interact with anyone online, which is problematic I'm sure you can assume. I have the misfortune of having to play on a 12" tv, for now, and I'm not sure if that makes any difference, seeing how it was were it was suppose to be in the first place before it decided to get a mind of it's own.
If there is something I can do on my end, I'll try it, but other then that I hope that this gets fixed soon or something.

(P.S. I'm also under the recommendation of the screen resolution because of the tv I have, just noting that in case it may be the cause or something. But understand it's what I got right now and I can't change it anytime soon.)
