Question for level 50 Culinarians!

Sorry if this sounds silly, but I'm trying to work up a food-related reference sheet for some friends using the information found on Gamer Escape and XIVDB.

Both sites have some foods listed for over level 50, up to level 70. For example, Black Truffle Risotto. Another example is the Apkallu Omelette, which on the page is stated as an Outdated Beta Article.

My question is, do recipes go up that high in level (and are the foods listed as such in the current build of the game)? I just don't want to mark all these foods down if they cannot be made, but it seems like they can. If anyone could help me out, I would be super appreciative. :)

That is just the difficulty of the recipe. They are crafted @ lvl50 culinarian.

If you're lvl 50 and have a control stat of 318 or higher you can make those recipes.
