Duty Finder timer needs to pause when DF is "Replenishing your ranks!"

It's kind of bizarre that we're expected to complete a duty in a certain time limit, and yet the timer runs constantly even when a group isn't full and incapable of proceeding through the content as per normal. This isn't quality-of-life, it's darn near essential and necessary.

I had to quit a Sunken Temple of Qarn duty group because by the time we replaced both damage-dealers before Teratotaur, then wound up having trouble further on shortly before Guardian, there wasn't going to be any time left to even consider killing Adjudicator. (25 minutes in a group without voice software active, and a new tank? No, frankly, that's not enough time.)

Now, had the timer halted once the party chose to "Replenish their ranks", we'd have been fine, waiting until the group once again had 4 members; the timer then could have reactivated, counting down from its prior position.

tl;dr Square Enix! Please make the timer pause when a duty group is refilling with members!
