Transferring to a new Server?

I was wondering is it possible to transfer to a new server yet ? Im honestly quite sick of playing on the overloaded server for a variety of reasons. Also my 2nd character that is a legacy character is stuck on a jp server and ideally id like to transfer that to EU legacy as well.

Does anyone know if character transfers are possible at this stage and how to do them?

They're not available yet, I think they're planned to come out this month

It's mid-september unless they choose to change it between now and then.
