Where is the Patch Notes?

So there was a huge update during the patch. It was well around 1GB. There must have been huge changes or new contented added. I demand request to know what changes have happened with this 1GB patch. Or could it be that all SE did was rewrite their fail code to make an attempt to get their software to be more efficient? If so, then it explains why SE couldn't do anything about the huge influx of players trying to play in EA. It also explains why they have a broken queue, and all these errors people are getting. And even now with this huge update more people are getting errors. When you have a poorly coded software everything goes wrong and at a large scale you can't do anything about it until you rewrite it to be more efficient.
This explains why they couldn't add overflow servers in the second day of EA or any other method to prevent the issues people were getting.

I swear my TP generation went down in this patch, from 100 to 60.

TP regen is 100 out of combat and 60 in combat. It didn't change.

Maybe it's just me then.. i got TP starved earlier on a boss which hasn't happened so far.

Patch notes

Square Enix is one of a dying breed of Japanese companies, and this is one of the reasons why. They categorically refuse to adapt to industry practices. They insist on doing it their own way even if their way is just plain stupid. They go out of their way to make sure that nothing is given to the global audience that isnt also given to the Japanese audience even if it the Japanese dont care and/or dont want it. They 'apologize' over and over again but continue to do things the same broken way. SE is in no short supply of talented individuals but alas those that make the decisions at SE obviously do not care about their reputation abroad.

In short SE is stuck in an old school imperialist mindset and it will either destroy the company or the heads of SE will die and the new leaders will change their ridiculous practices that are such a huge annoyance to most of the world. Either way dont expect them to change any time soon.

Those notes don't seem to mention gameplay changes. One I noticed is that Vanguards are now immune to Sleep, they were vulnerable before the patch.
