Hi all if you are having a hard time with the log out related error "3102", I have an easy and quick solution for it, hope it helps:
1.Create an extra character in the same world you are playing.
2.Once you get the error "3102", log into the extra one which should be no problem.
3.Log out and then log in your main character.
Hope it helps to those who still can create another character in some worlds.
