No service account?

Since I know its a complete joke to think my support ticket will be answered, I'm forced to come here and try to figure out how to play this game 2 weeks after it's been released. I keep getting the "no registered service account" screen when I try to log into my SE account on PS3. I have a product code, from the game disc, that I put in and played with for the 5 hours SE's top notch servers would let me (worked during full access, not just early). Now it doesn't work. I'm done jumping through hoops trying to figure out what SE screwed up. Great job on this one team.
