Launcher requesting promo code on PS3 digital download

I bought the game last week and it has worked fine up until today. The launcher updated, but is now requesting a promotion code (which doesn't come with PS3 digital copies)

Are there any solutions to this?

Is this EU only? Or is it applied to NA as well? I do not see a refund on my account.

I'm not certain - and I could not have known that you're in NA.

This is the very reason why region-locking is such a bad idea...
