Is there any macro to do way easier to target the mob which you want to Provoke?

target closest enemy maybe?
If I'm not mistaken, the threat meter that sits in the lower left (default) will tell you all enemies that are currently aggressive toward you and where your threat with them sits. This list is interactive and you can click the monster you wish from there and Provoke away.
I haven't checked, but you might even be able to move this list into a better location for you.
