cant contact square enix support

Hello,ive been trying to contact square enix since monday. i have tried both calling them and going through the caht support option. When i call all i get in response is a beeping and then after a min or 2 it says call failed or i get a voice saying "noone is responding to the call and plz try again later",so i gave up on that. i tried the chat support and waited an hour and a half in que only to get to the first spot and then no agents contacted me and it just kicks me to the curb and says f you. getting upset and wish that this wasnt so hard to contact a company
