Video capture problems

For some reason when I record video in fraps, it's all scrunched up horizontally. I never had the issue in 1.0, I'm using the same computer, same software, etc. Anyone have a solution?

It comes out looking like this:

I am running dual gtx 580's in SLI and 3 monitors at 5760x1200 resolution. Screenshots come out fine.

Also I'm noticing a huge performance hit, the settings that I played at in 1.0 that resulted in 50+fps are earning me 10fps now. I had to crank it all the way down just to get up to 30fps.

Any input would be appreciated.
