Uncompletable Quest: A Relic Reborn (Veil Of Wiyu) Bug and issue

I've just done as the quest text asked and I cannot progress further on my relic quest. According to the text I need a Erudite's Picatrix of HEALING melded with Two Savage Might Materia III, which I have. The quest will not progress or show it's been completed. When I talk to the NPC Gerolt he says I need an Erudite's Picatrix of HEALING (Still) melded with two QUICKTOUNGE Materia III, not Might Savage. Then when I read on line others are saying you need Erudite's Picatrix of CASTING with 2 Savage Might III Materia melded to it.

I'd like to know what i'm required to do and if possible have the item converted or refunded some how - I've used up my time and resources on something I can't even use now due to improper NPC and quest text which I feel - isn't my fault in the slightest.

I love this game so far and I've been patient through all the server issues and other things but this is really frustrating for a raider. If you guys can do anything to help sort this out it would be greatly apprecated.

I support this, knowing that those 2 materias have been confused a lot. I hope they refund you if it was written wrong.
Similar thing happened to us just now, we cleared the Chimera part of the Relic Reborn quest and it didn't give us the Salts, didn't complete the duty, we were stuck for half an hour inside the dungeon not being able to leave.
