Collectors Edition PC (EU) Issue

Hi there.

So I recently purchased the Collectors edition of FFXIV for the PC. There were two different codes included in the CD Case, one was a 'Registration Code' and the other was a 'Exclusive Member Code'. I registered my Registration code to the account I created and I am able to play the game, however I did not receive the Collectors Items through the mail in-game.

I figured I would check my Account status on the 'Mog Station' and it says "Account Type: Standard (WIN)" I clearly purchased the collectors edition of the game, so why does it say Standard and not Collectors? What went wrong here? Was there supposed to be a separate Collectors Code included? Can anyone or someone who has purchased the Collectors for PC help clarify this please?

P.S I also did try to use the 'Exclusive Member Code'. But the redemption website for that code is unavailable. "http://member.eu.square-enix.com"

EDIT: So apparently my code was Standard from what I've heard... If the first four digits of the code are "R4VE", then its Standard -.-
