LS for finding groups within the Behemoth Community

Hey all, I'm already finding myself bored with the Auto Grouping of the duty finder. I has proven to create silent groups and people generally being assholes. It's kind of making for a boring experience over all and I know there are more people out there that feel similarly. I think it would be awesome to get a LS going for people to try to hook up with other members from our server to group with.
Is there already such a LS? If so I'd prefer to join that and help promote what has already been created. If not, I'm thinking about starting one up tonight when I get home from work and I was just curious if there were any of you that wanted to get involved from the start and help spread the word.
The LS would promote grouping within the server, with people you can continue to communicate with after the run has completed. People would build reputation on the server with something like this, and would suffer local consequences for poor behavior(Ideally).

If you have found one or made one, let me know! I'm all up for it :)

I made a social/lfg LS last night, still putting together a post for the forum, but I figured I would give you a heads up here as well :)

The LS is called The Kindly Ones, and it is for all levels/FC's.
There is a zero tolerance rule in effect, so any form of raging at players/racist or homophobic remarks/really anything that is designed to hurt another player will not be tolerated, and the offending player will be removed immediately by one of the leaders.
Hopefully it grows into a place that is pleasant and supportive, where new players aren't afraid to ask for training in lower level dungeons, or hardcore members looking to fill out speed run ranks, or whatever else people may need.
Like I said, just started it last night and it's small at the moment, but I think we will grow fairly quick.

This sounds fantastic!

I'd love to join this and run/tank IfritHM/AK speed runs + whatever other content.

I can't seen to find a FC that works on my life schedule, so I'd be happy to just pug it up with some regulars :).
