Help with Black Mage Lvl 45 quest.

Hi guys,

As the title suggests I am seeking help in locating the starting point of the level 45 black mage quest.

After trying the guy in Ul'dah to no success I get the feeling that I am looking for the beast tribesman. But I can not for the life of me remember where he is.

Any help you can give regarding the location of the quest giver would be greatly appreciated.

Port to drybone and pan east you should see it at the waterfall area. Western thanalan I think but regardless it's drybone you want to go to.
