Delete a Service

Can you delete a service or only inactivate it?
I have 2 service accounts, the one I had to create using the PS3 digital download, Final Fantasy XIV 2 and a previous one, Final Fantasy XIV 1 (FFXIV: A Realm Reborn - Beta Test Windows(R)). I inactivated the service for the windows beta, since i never used it, but would prefer to have it deleted all together. Ive sent a support request but they are very busy, just wondering if anyone has had experience with support actually able to delete an inactive service?
