Windows Pre Order-Serial Issue

The launcher is asking me to introduce the license one again, but I do it says its already registered.
1. I checked My Spam mail, and did not receive any other mail from the one I have received Before.
2. I checked on findmyorder.com, and its the same serial number.
3. On Mog Station, it Says My account don´t exist, and its INACTIVE.
4. I did uninstall and re-installed the program, its the same thing.
5. Sent 3 tickets already with no answer. I played a few hours only, Enix this is so unfair.

Does any body has the same problem?
