Unbearably slow download speed

I am getting around 150 KB/s when downloading updates for the game. I actually got like 250 KB/s when i downloaded the original client but had to work all night so I wasn't too bothered by it. Is everyone else having the same problem or is there something I can do to speed this up? I should be getting like 10 times that speed and it's aggravating as all hell. Any help or people experiencing the same problem would be appreciated. Would like to know if it's on my end or on SE's end of things.
