Please help me! 3102 error

I need help! >:(.

I was in New Greanda, I went to one of these npc who repairs gear. I talked to them and suddenly it froze. my character won't move but still can target and talk. Repair popup won't come up.

Then error came up: Connect to server has been lost. I was sent back to menu. I logged back in but got bounced out and got this error.

3102; "You are still logged into the game. Please allow a few moments for logout process to complete. If you continue experiencing problems, please contact customer support."

I exit out the game then went into client and logged in. Then logged in my character on Exdous server and kept getting the same error. So I turned off PS3 then turned back on and did same thing and got same result. Can anyone help me please?

I have been waiting for an half hour now and still said I logged in....

Oh now, unable to update NA/EU servers. How nice of you SE.

Did you not see the post with 80 pages about this same thing....
