Logged out of Spring Carbuncle and now I can't log back in when making a new character. I've waited for over 20 minutes now I think. ^^;

The error is the 3102 error.
I am also now getting this error. I actually logged out and restarted my computer and I'm still getting this error. I logged out like 15 ago and it still says Im logged in.
