SE we need feedback on why we have to wait so long for this problem to be recterfied.
Ive waited over an hour today to actualy be able to play, do u think gamers think thats a good use of their time? Eventualy people will just go play soming else rather than sit in boredom with no feedback.
Just a thought....
It would appreciated if they did have a more active "blue post" like staff to at least show some acknowledgement and recognition of issues in a timely fashion. We really can't keep having issues like this...
You can respect that they are busy hopefuly trying to resolve the issues but one of the most important factors during times like these is feedback from SE/ Dev team. Othherwise its as good as being ignored, which many find frustrating
