Unable to load group [JP]/[NA/EU] character list.

Ok great. I login this morning to get a "Unable to load Group JP character list." So, none of the Japanese servers or my two characters on that half appeared. I then decided to create a character on a NA server, that actually worked. I get up to the first point I can get to logout and quit to change my sound device, bad idea. Now I got "Unable to load Group NA/EU character list" and the Japanese servers and characters appear but not the NA/EU ones.

And my world is full, so the problems have come full circle and I find another game that does not implement Pac-Man while waiting to get in the game.
