Well it's nice that SE have added the impressive total of 1 new server with the update, but 4 hours after the update and already that server is shut to new character creation. Just like all the other EU servers.
So EU players are again back to being unable to create new characters on any EU server!
Please... If you read the Information section of the forum or even the Lodestone, you'd see that these restrictions are temporary.
They are letting in people X at a time is all.
Especially important for new servers to not completely flood the starting areas. As people spread out, restrictions are removed.
