Multi class and specialty help please.

Ok so I'm a lvl 28 pug... want to get Monk...

I hear I have to lvl a lancer to about 15 once my pug is 30, then I get monk status?

what happens if I start lvling conjourer also? will I lose my monk status once acheived?

or can I just lvl all classes as much as I want?

You can freely level any class you like at any time and switch as you're pleased - there are no limitations or "negative" consequences to order of in which you level or switch classes. The jobs are easilly changeable by (un-)equipping the soul stones.

thanks I guess I have to get a soul stone... I don't have any yet... I just picked up a lancer and conj lvl1 class so i can quest with my friends that just started... hoping to get monk soul stone soon... since my pug is 28... :))

You'll receive it during a special quest from your guild once you reach lvl 30 on main and level 15 on secondary class (and indeed you need to have all the guild quests up to lvl 30 completed as well).

So wait if i want to be a Dragoon? What do i have to do? I'm already a Lancer @ level 24??

You need to level up marauder to level 15. The lancer's guild master will have a new quest for you at (lancer) level 30 once both both conditions are met.
