!!!Please help me, error 3102!!!!

I took a break and logged off about an hour ago, and as I went to log back in I started getting this error 3102, saying my account was logged in and I should wait til it's logged out before I can get in.
What does this mean?
Has my account been compromised? Obviously this is a concern in a subscription based mmo.
I have contacted support but received no response.
This game needs a force log in button for these exact purposes. I cringe at the thought that my character name is being used to sell gold and harass the community.
Someone please help me out! Any insight will be valuable!

Seeing how you are not the only person getting this error, I wouldn't freak out too bad. Seems like alot of other people are posting on here with that error like it is going to get something done lol as if the tech team is spending their time reading every post....Just wait it out, all you really can do.

Try to reset your computer or your router, well, that is what I did anyway and I could log in straight away after that with no issue.
