Service account issue - Adknowledgement? Anything?

I feel like several hundreds of people are having this issue yet no adknowledgement has been made publicly about the problem. Why is this still currently an issue?

I would like to know what S.E. plans on doing to rectify the issue at hand and what plan on doing to compensate for the issues and the loss of play time several hundred of us are experiencing. Sure, we have access to the game, however I am not going to put time into a character that I will lose access to in a couple of weeks when I finally this issue resolved.

Several of my friends are approaching end game levels and I can't even play with them or even create a character on their server. Based on the time it takes me to level, I would be caught up with them at this point, but instead, my main is on a trial account that I have no access to.

I am so frustrated with all of this, and I hope to atleast get a response from support or maybe the community can continue to bump this thread so we get some kind of resolution.

I hope that my concerns are addressed.

You will not fetch support from a single outcry, sadly. There is a 700 page thread revolving around the same issue. I am sure the number is also in the thousands, not hundreds. If it was hundreds, the issue would have been absolved by now.

I am still also currently in your same situation, except I'm so desired to play, I would sacrifice losing a toon on a random server.. but you can't even do that at this point, as they just locked out most of the servers again, immediately after maintenance.

There is already a 600 (and growing) thread about this.
So far they've proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that they do not care in the slightest about the problem, and people are just losing heart one by one trying to contact Customer Support.

No response (after initial acknowledgment of the issue) and no help today either as the 7 days extension went on everyone's wrong service accounts. Lots of people were holding out for a short term alleviation (I definitely was).

The other thread doesn't necessarily ask for adknowledgement of the issue or a planned course of action, just people talking about chat queue times.

Like others said before, I feel like because I'm on PS3, my needs are pushed aside.
