Many attempts err 1017 still

Still getting many err 1017 (did like 20-30 attempts), but finally got into a queue.

As it is 13 pm here let's see if it is same at peak this evening (EU).
It may be due to many european trying to log in after patch completed...

I hope it is not the same thing as before.

NA people could log in easier after maintenance but it may be cause everyone in EU were offline at this time (because of the maintenance).

Login issues do not appear to be solved from my point of view.
