New latency issues?

Getting horrible lag on Exodus: Sending 400, receiving 620 - what is going on?!? Tried doing a dungeon but so laggy I can't heal properly. Never had latency issues in the past. Just ran speedtest and getting 20-30ms to all my usual spots.

Is there any way to ping the servers or do a traceroute? Are the IPs known for the various servers?

Hope this is just some temporary network issue.
