My internet has 25Mb/sec.
I did map forwarded as suggested.
I download normal files and also through torrents fine with maximum allowed speed with no problems whatsoever, and no it is not pressure on the servers, as I have seen screenshots by my friends who are capping 6.5MB/Sec and even higher.
Please help.

Are you sure your torrents are telling you transfer rates in bytes and not bits. If not you probably have a 25 MegaBIT connection from your provider...that translates to 3.125 MegaBytes. Your friends probably have a 50 Megabit connection or higher if they are getting 6 Megabytes download or higher. Go here and post the result please: Speedtest.net
