No patch notes?

The patch is downloading as I type and they still can't manage to get patch notes up? Do they not know what's in it still?

Why not see who write the patch note faster? SE or the players?

Maybe they have a Japanese copy but want to release the notes for all languages together so we stop getting idiots calling SE racist, seriously.
