Suggestion about Skipping Cutscenes in Dungeons

Since it is about cutscenes in dungeons so I decided to put it here.

There is a hot topic on the forum and in my humble opinion both side have their standpoint on the case.

And I am tired of the drama basically happened during my every run through the Praetorium.

So I brought up this idea:

Could we have an option in the Duty Finder that flags yourself either willing to skip the cutscenes, if there are any in the certain dungeons, or not to skip them. So that it would be able to put people that are flagged as "skip" together, and "do not skip" ppl together.
