New Worlds/World Transfers

So with the new worlds being added during this maintenance, will we be able to transfer our character between worlds free of charge to balance out the population?:confused:

Also does anyone know the names/regions/quantity of new servers?

Would be nice, all my friends play on Cactuar. I couldn't get in due to server problems during Beta 4. After that it was locked out and I've grown quite attached to all my hard work on another server.

Any progression groups recruiting? Most active 7pm-Midnight EST. Currently on Gungnir (JP-Legacy), but will be transfers to a new or existing NA server when World Transfers open up.

Interested in leadership roles and organizing.
